After ranking this highly in my top 10 in Jan I dropped it out in Feb. Wanting to be certain I reported in the <a target='_blank' href='http://jasonswineblog.com/2008/03/03/trader-joes-top-10-wines-of-february-2008/#comments' title='TJs Feb Top 10' rel="nofollow">comments</a> of that posting that it appeared this one was on the thin side and not as appealing as originally remembered.

Well tonight I finished the fifth and last bottle and have found that this one needs a lot of air. When I initially opened this bottle I was again disappointed but after letting it sit for three days I was pleased as the thinness had dissipated and there was proper spice and mineral to be found. I'm not going to grab 4 more but you can count me in for 1 bottle at a time.
