@John Though I don&#039;t have any factual knowledge to back this up my instincts say that nearly any wine can last for four years if it is stored even remotely well.  That said make sure you give Washington Chard another try.  Perhaps the Hogue... I&#039;m not a huge Chard fan myself but will add the Beringer to my shopping list given it is stainless.  Thanks for the tip!</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know that cheap wines were meant to be aged for this long.  I just opened a bottle and for lack of a better word, it&#039;s sour.  This is my first Washington Chardonnay, so I don&#039;t know if that&#039;s a result of grapes grown in a cooler climate, or if they simply held onto this one a bit too long.  So far, I think the best chardonnay I&#039;ve found in the $5-$6 range is probably Beringer 2007.  It&#039;s aged in Stainless Steel and has a pretty crisp, clean finish.</description>
