Melis, I have tried four and thought these two were the best: NV Schloss Biebrich Sekt and the NV Zonin Prosecco Brut. The Prosecco is a little close to the classic champagne where as the Sekt is a tad sweeter…Both are excellent options. I’ll get that Top 10 list out soon so stay tuned for the favorites on red and whites.
