Rating Trader Joe’s Wines with consistency

Over at Good Grape they recently had a post discussing, more or less, the merits of using cheatsheets. I use one all the time; the Wine Aroma Wheel (pictured above). This has served me very well and I would recommend it to anyone out there, especially you all that are new to wine. In this post we learn of many more tools such as the following:
Above all, the most important thing to remember is “know what you don’t know”. For me that is a lot. I love wine and learn everyday but am continually trying to grow my vocabulary. With that in mind I am going to give each of these tools a try and see if any of them help me in my pursuit of knowledge. Either way, count on hearing back from me on this experiment shortly.
