I *adore* this blend… on a budget, this is one way to quell that pricey pallet. The Panilanco Malbec is nice as well.

Last night we opened the 2008 Chardonnay/Viognier to have with a pork roast. I was pleasantly surprised, as was my wife, at the fruity but dry taste of the mixture. It paired well with the pork and I will go back to Trader Joe’s to see if they have any more. Those complaining of the wine would probably never drink 2 buck chuck as the cost is below there wine desires. This bottle was very good especially when you see the price. Try it, what do you have to lose, considering the price is so reasonable. Decide for yourself.

I am a Wine Enthusiast and I had a bottle of the Chardonnay/Viognier when I went to My Sons Home in Manteca Calif and I have to say I had to come home and have my Daugher Google this product becuase it was the most enjoyable chardonnay I have had in a long time.

The 07 wasn’t all that bad…haven’t had the ’08, but I’m sure it’s just as you say. All of the cheap TJ’s wines are a crap-shoot from year to year. Some years, they’re really good, and some years they’re appallingly awful.
