I have to say that the Zin won out over the Max Cuvee (a close second). In third place is the Petit Sirah. I would describe the Petit Sirah in the same way that Jason described the Zin: "This one doesn’t offer much complexity but other than that nothing bad to say." I would be willing to bet these wines will take another six months before they reach their potential. Will they get to the level of the 03-04 stuff we received earlier this year??? probably not....but I think by summer they should be firing on all cylinders!!
